Connects uninsured with health care.
Caregiver Consultant Services
Supports caregivers and helps them maintain quality of care and positive outlooks while providing another’s care. The intake session provides a forum whereby caregivers can discuss support services required and the emotional and physical challenge of providing quality care for loved ones.
Faith in Action - Communities Called to Care
A volunteer interfaith program which utilizes individuals and groups to serve older adults and disabled individuals.
